You can personalize your mediation times and sessions to fit your needs.  Every case is different and it's normal for individuals to do an individual session or multiple sessions.  This is all determined on how many issues need to be worked out, and the emotional status of the parties.

$175/Hr.

Am I a candidate for Family Law Mediation?

When you file your final divorce papers, the court requires that the following matters be addressed in writing and attached to your final Judgment:

ASSETS - DEBTS - PENSION/RETIREMENT - CHILD CUSTODY/CHILD SUPPORT - SPOUSAL SUPPORT - TAX EXEMPTIONS FOR CHILD(REN) -

TAX FILING STATUS - TAX RETURN/REFUND

If you cannot and will not agree on the above matters, you may not be a candidate for Mediation.  You may need to hire attorneys and resolve your matter with the Judge.
